  • Maintain clear and consistent post workflows, naming conventions, archiving and project organisation.
  • Provide mentorship, feedback and quality control support to our team of midweight and junior editors.
  • Contribute motion design, animation and visual effects elements where needed to enhance the visual storytelling.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, post-production techniques and AI tools that can improve workflow and elevate quality.
  • Ensure all deliverables are adapted for the appropriate platform and aspect ratio, with consideration for best-in-class user experience on each.
  • Manage multiple timelines and oversee the delivery of edits to tight schedules without compromising quality.

  • Experience working with AI-enhanced editing tools (e.g. Firefly, ChatGPT, Generative Fill, etc.) to streamline and supercharge the edit process.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Bonus: Experience building LUTs, working with RAW formats, or developing colour pipelines for studios.
